The frenzy ahead of the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland and Disney World just grew even more exciting with Disney’s release of the menus offered at all of the food and beverage venues at the new Lands. Here in Batuu, the social movement of ‘farm-to-table’ sustainability is strong, with traditional preparations of whole foods offered at several dining locations in Galaxy’s Edge.
Hungry guests exploring Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo will find Tugg’s Grub inside the transport shuttle docked on a large hanger. Chef Strono ‘Cookie’ Tuggs greets new travelers with his “traveling diner for diners traveling.” Set up in the base of the hanger, Tuggs has transformed his Sienar-Chall Utilipede Transport into a mobile kitchen and restaurant. His menu is heavily influenced by the Chef’s time on Takodana and utilizes ingredients from across the galaxy:
Entrees:
- Smoked Kaadu Ribs – sticky pork ribs served with a blueberry corn muffin and cabbage slaw.
- Fried Endorian Tip-yip – a crispy chicken served with roasted vegetables, potato mash and herb gravy
- Yobshrimp Noodle Salad – chilled shrimp served with marinated noodles and vegetables
- Roasted Endorian Tip-yip Salad – marinated chicken served with mixed greens, roasted seasonal vegetables , quinoa, pumpkin seeds, and green curry ranch
- Felucian Garden Spread (lunch only) – plant-based ‘kefta’ served with herb hummus, tomato-cucumber relish and pita
- Braised Shaak Roast (dinner only) – beef pot roast served with cavatelli pasta, wilted kale and mushrooms
- Ithorian Garden Loaf (dinner only) – plant-based ‘meatloaf’ served with roasted vegetable potato mash, seasonal vegetables and mushroom sauce
Desserts:
- Oi-oi Puff – a raspberry cream puff with passion fruit mousse
- Batuu-bon – a chocolate cake with white chocolate mousse and coffee custard
Kids’ Meals:
- Yobshrimp Noodle Salad (Disney Check) – chilled shrimp served with noodles, vegetables and sweet orange dressing
- A Taste of Takodana (Disney Check) – black bean hummus served with edible soil with nuts, chilled dipping vegetables and multi-grain crisps
- Fried Endorian Tip-yip – crispy chicken served with macaroni and cheese and seasonal vegetables
All Kids’ Meals include choice of a small lowfat milk or a small Dasani water.
Specialty Beverages Without Alcohol:

Oga Garra has her own restaurant, Oga‘s Cantina, in the Black Spire Outpost, where characters of all sorts from all over the galaxy come to gather. Although Oga is rarely seen and usually off collecting payments on other planets, her famous mixed beverages, created by ‘otherworldly’ methods, and her collection of beers, ciders and wines draw customers from all corners of the Star Wars universe. Providing travelers with musical intergalactic entertainment will be DJ R-3X, or REX, a ‘retired’ Star Tours Starspeeder 3000 pilot.

At the center of the Black Spire Outpost Marketplace is Ronto Roasters, with 8D-JB, a Fromer settler droid, tending to the area’s barbecue pit which was converted from an old podracing engine. Also in the Marketplace, Kat Saka’s Kettle offers popcorn snacks, and frozen beverages are served up at Milk Stand.
