Beginning on July 14, Guests at Walt Disney World Resort who cannot wear face masks must bring their own face shields and wear them while visiting the Parks.
Currently, Walt Disney World requires all Guests to wear face masks, but is now implementing a face shield policy similar to that of Universal Orlando. Those visitors with disabilities that do not allow them to wear masks may wear a face shield, but either a face mask or a face shield must be worn at all times while in the Disney Parks.
Although Guests utilizing the face shield accomodation may wait in ride queues wearing their shields, not all attractions will allow Guests to board wearing a face shield. Guests who need to wear a face shield should inquire at Guest Relations as to which attractions require a face mask rather than a face shield while riding.
