Disney has clarified that despite changes in regulations, Disneyland will only be open to California state residents, saying this to Laughing Place:
“Until further notice, only California residents may visit our parks, in line with current state guidelines. Please visit our policy here.“
This could be for a number of reasons, include Disneyland not wanting to verify out of state guest’s vaccination cards.
