Despite Florida Governor Ron DeSantis announcing that his state would be moving to Phase 3 of their reopening plan, and his lifting of theme park capacity requirements and the state mask mandate, Disney has announced that they will not be making any changes to their mask policy or park capacity limit at this time.

"We received the Governor’s executive order and are evaluating it to determine what it may mean for our business. We are not making any immediate changes. As a reminder, face coverings are still required at Walt Disney World Resort," Disney said in a statement.

Also Governor DeSantis' is allowing individual counties to continue their local mask mandate and Orange County is keeping its mandate in place.

Finally, even when Mayor Demings does lift the mask mandate Disney could choose to still require them on their property.
