Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu may be lawless, but Disneyland guests will still have to play by Disney's rules. @DisneylandAP tweeted that guests will be required to stay inside Oga's Cantina while consuming alcoholic beverages.
This rule will surely relieve some of the anxiety that had surrounded Disney's decision to sell alcohol at all in Disneyland Park. This will be the first publicly accessible location in the park to do so.
