Disney has announced that Rafiki's Planet Watch will not be closing permanently after all. The upcoming closure will actually be an extensive refurbishment to better align the area with modern guest's tastes.
Rafiki’s Planet Watch’s last day of operation is Saturday, October 20th, while the meet-and-greets are expected to close tomorrow, September 29th.
