Yesterday, eagle eyed guests might have noticed scaffolding erected on an upper portion of the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror’s facade. Today, guests visiting Disney’s Hollywood Studios noticed that a cut had been made, allowing maintenance teams to access the motors that power the attraction.
Disney hasn’t given details, but we assume that they are performing maintenance on the faint motors that sit above the ride’s drop shafts.
Cast Members currently don’t know when the attraction will come back online.
