Word around the block is that Animal Kingdom’s Primeval Whirl attraction will not reopen until next year, when it begins operating on a seasonal basis. Historically, an attraction that operates on a seasonal basis is not long for the world. This is, however, not always the case, see the Carousel of Progress in Tomorrowland. It is, however, important to note that that is the exception, not the rule.
If you’re looking to take one last whirl on this, ah, infamous Animal Kingdom attraction, you’d be advised to check Disney’s list of operating attractions regularly.
