“Inclusion” Becomes the Fifth Key In Disney Cast Member Training Program

Disney announced today that a Fifth Key will be added to Cast Member training worldwide. To create a welcoming environment across all of its venues for both Guests and Cast Members, Disney introduced Inclusion as a new Key in its legendary customer service program. Joining Safety, Courtesy, Show and Efficiency, the addition of Inclusion reflects the company’s commitment to cultural diversity and racial equality during this transformative time.

Cast Members learned of the new Key to Disney customer service through the following statement issued by Disney today:

“For more than 60 years, the Four Keys of Safety, Courtesy, Show, and Efficiency have provided a foundation for our culture and guided our renowned approach to service as we’ve welcomed Guests from all over the world.

As we keep moving forward and working together to drive meaningful cultural change, we are introducing Inclusion as a new key and will be rolling out the Five Keys globally across the segment.”
