Guests visiting Magic Kingdom Park today were notified by a park-wide announcement and a push notification via the My Disney Experience app that tonight’s performance of the popular “Happily Ever After” nighttime fireworks spectacular will be modified to feature on castle projections and lighting effects.
This is to say that tonight’s showing will not include fireworks. Guests are being advised to park hop to EPCOT, which will be showing “EPCOT Forever,” if they wish to see fireworks tonight.
No explanation has been given by Disney at this time.
