The Oriental Land Co., Ltd., the company that owns the majority of Toyko Disneyland, today announced that a new 31.5 billion yen, “family friendly, affordable Disney hotel” will be coming to the Tokyo Disney Resort area in the fiscal year 2021. Based on the modern classic Toy Story, the approximately 600 room hotel will give guests an opportunity to be a toy. The guest rooms will resemble Andy’s Bedroom, where Woody, Buzz, and their other pals lived. The rooms will be designed with furniture and features inspired by their world.

“Andy, the little boy who loves his toys – Woody, Buzz Lightyear and the rest – has embarked on the ultimate backyard project: a building to house all his toys. When Andy is called away by his mom, his toys and their helpers take over the “toy” tower and open it as a hotel for all the “honorary” toys of the world.”
Amenities available in this new themed hotel will include standard-type room amenities and a restaurant that will allow guests to enjoy an amazing Disney experience at a reasonable price.
This hotel is in addition to the other new areas and hotels that have been announced for The Tokyo Disneyland Resort.
