Today Farley the Fiddler, a much-beloved performer at Disneyland, has announced his upcoming retirement. Gary Francisco, who began his career in Disneyland as Farley the Fiddler in 1986, will cap off his distinguished career at the Park this Memorial Day.
Over the last 33 years, Farley has entertained crowds at Splash Mountain, Frontierland and Big Thunder Ranch with his fiddling expertise and energetic personality. A fixture and must-see performer for Disneyland guests, Farley the Fiddler will take his final curtain call with a five-show finale on May 27. We wish Farley the happiest of retirements, but he will be greatly missed by all who have been lucky enough to watch this Disneyland icon perform.
