Multiple sources are now reporting that all construction work has come to a halt at Walt Disney World due to COVID-19. This includes, but is not limited to, attractions like Tron Lightcycle Run, hotels like Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, and park-wide enhancements like the ongoing work at EPCOT.
It isn’t clear at this time whether or not construction workers will continue to be paid during this downtime as many of the construction projects have been contracted out to third parties.
