Happy Disney+ Day! We at Monorail News are so excited for Disney+ Day, and in the lead-up to today, Disney was kind enough to send along a couple of surprises for our team, and today I want to tell you about one of them.
“Ciao Alberto” is a sort of bite-sized sequel to Pixar’s “Luca” that came out this summer (read our review of it here). I was a huge fan of “Luca” and was delighted to hear that we were getting more from that world so soon.
I’m delighted to report that “Ciao Alberto” didn’t jump the shark, rather it added more meaning and depth to the relationship between Alberto and Massimo, and is a must-watch for anyone who loved the original movie and wanted to see more from Portorosso.
“Ciao Alberto” debuts today on Disney+ in honor of Disney+ Day.
