UPDATED: Disney To Introduce Automated PhotoPass Cameras
Editor’s Note: A pervious version of this article incorrectly stated that automated cameras would be available beginning in late November and are currently testing at two locations.
Disney is prepping automated cameras that will take your picture, instead of PhotoPass photographers at select meet and greet locations.
Beginning in early 2019, automated cameras will be available for guest use at nine character greeting locations.
Disney will continue to have over 100 locations where Disney PhotoPass photographers will capture photos. The nine new automated cameras will capture moments of the experience from start to finish to allow guests to receive a wider variety of photos from which to choose.
